Heineken, the global brewer operating in around 190 markets, faced a major digital transformation challenge: rapidly upskilling 85,000+ employees, shifting a long-standing face-to-face learning culture to a personalised, scalable digital model, and meeting widely varying local needs. To address this, Heineken partnered with Filtered, deploying the Filtered platform/Filtered DXP as part of its Digifit program to deliver intuitive, consumer-style learning experiences across the organisation.

Filtered implemented a digibot-powered recommendation engine within Digifit that feeds personalised content to learner dashboards, combining curated internal content, premium providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) and external resources. The platform’s relevance-scoring and learner ratings let Heineken measure engagement, rapidly prune low-value activities and continuously improve recommendations. Using Filtered, Heineken rolled out the solution quickly to its global workforce, gained actionable usage data, and strengthened its ability to scale digital upskilling across markets.
