Case Study: Teachable achieves seamless, scalable course content uploads with Filestack

A Filestack Case Study

Preview of the Teachable Case Study

How Teachable is helping teachers make millions

Teachable, a New York–based startup founded by Ankur Nagpal and Conrad Wadowski, runs an e‑commerce platform that lets teachers create and sell online courses. Faced with the need for a reliable, scalable way to upload videos, images and other course files—and not wanting to build and maintain that infrastructure themselves—Teachable selected Filestack as its upload service.

Filestack was integrated as Teachable’s primary tool for handling uploads, providing direct links and automatic processing for videos, images, text files and icons. The result: “All of our teachers now use Filestack” to load content, supporting over 125,000 videos (about 1,000 per day) across 5,000+ teachers and allowing Teachable to focus on growth rather than building upload tooling. Filestack’s service eliminated the upload burden and scaled with Teachable’s rapid adoption.
