PS Business Parks (PSBP) is a publicly traded REIT managing 28.1 million rentable square feet across 99 business parks in six states. Faced with a high volume of new leases, renewals and construction contracts, PSBP needed a secure electronic repository and an easy-to-use workflow and e-signature system (Adobe Sign) to eliminate paper, speed approvals, and support complex multi-step review processes.

PSBP implemented FileHold to digitize legacy leases (Automatic Document Importation), run multi-activity workflows with Adobe Sign integration, and synchronize lease and tenant data from Yardi (including automated pre-lease-to-lease conversion).
