The Foursquare Church, a global denomination with roughly 8 million members and 65,000 churches, needed to replace a discontinued information management system and ensure staff could perform fast, full‑text searches across their archive—tens of thousands of existing electronic documents and millions of records to be imported—while scanning and OCR’ing the vast majority of paper files and handling an unexpected influx of physical records from closed regional offices.

After evaluating multiple vendors, the church selected FileHold for its out‑of‑the‑box full‑text search, import and OCR capabilities and strong support.
