Taubman Ventures Management, a single-family financial services firm in Bloomfield Hills, MI, needed a dedicated document management system to replace an unstable, overcomplicated SharePoint deployment. They required an on-premise solution that supported Office integration, version control, built-in OCR, enforced metadata, direct email, and the migration of roughly 70,000 documents and schemas without custom coding or lengthy IT projects.

Taubman selected FileHold’s out-of-the-box DMS and worked with FileHold Professional Services to export SharePoint data via PowerShell and import it with FileHold’s Automatic Document Import (ADI) tool.
