Unitel T+, a telecommunications operator based in Praia, Cape Verde, faced challenges with a high administrative burden from repetitive tasks, difficult access to information, and a lack of integration between its management systems. To address these issues and support its goals for quality, innovation, and leadership, the company chose to implement a document management solution from vendor Filedoc Software.

The Filedoc solution involved analyzing existing practices, mapping over 100 document types, and automating workflows for eight key processes, such as invoice approval and contracting. Deep integration with the existing SAP system was also achieved. This project for Unitel T+ resulted in increased efficiency and productivity, greater control and auditability of information, and full satisfaction from management and employees, fully meeting all of its defined objectives.
