Rosewood Companies, the operating arm of the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate, runs diverse businesses from institutional real estate and oil & gas to ranching and conservation. The group needed a secure, in-house file sharing and sync solution to distribute policies and collect management reports across units, allow mobile access for executives, and meet a modest initial budget for about 50 users after concerns about public cloud breaches.
