Neoscape tames 200 Terabytes of data with FileCloud

Neoscape, a creative agency founded in 1995 that produces 3D graphics, photography, film and interactive experiences, needed a modern way to share very large design files stored on a 200 TB EMC Isilon NAS. The firm wanted a private-cloud solution that would integrate with existing shares and user access, replace an outdated FTP workflow, and avoid costly data replication or new hardware investments.

Neoscape implemented FileCloud, which integrated directly with their Isilon cluster and user management out-of-the-box, replacing FTP and enabling secure, branded remote access for staff and clients. Features such as shareable URL links with expiry and download notifications, automatic versioning, and backup/restore streamlined collaboration for traveling teams, reduced IT overhead, preserved existing infrastructure, and left stakeholders highly satisfied.
