Call Design drives critical document collaboration with FileCloud

Call Design is an international workforce development and performance management consultancy with about 70 staff across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Manila, Hong Kong and the United States, serving call centers, back offices and retail branches. Employees needed real‑time access and collaboration on the latest working documents while at customer sites and remotely, but VPN access to the corporate LAN was slow and cumbersome, so the company needed a simpler, secure connectivity solution.

Call Design implemented FileCloud by Tonido, an on‑premises file storage, cloud, mobile access and sync solution that provides secure web and mobile access to corporate network shares and scales to NAS/SAN, Amazon S3 and OpenStack storage. The solution delivered secure access, version control and reliable backups while keeping data under corporate control, improved collaboration for remote workers, and produced significant cost savings compared with competitor offerings.
