On-Line Imaging helped a Midwestern city replace a failing hosted document management system that users couldn’t reliably search and that sometimes went down entirely. Working with Filebound, the city needed to migrate tens of millions of scanned public records while ensuring data integrity and avoiding disruption or duplicate hosting costs.

Filebound, implemented through On-Line Imaging, replaced the unreliable platform and successfully transitioned between 20 and 30 million documents in about 30 days. The new system improved secure public access, virtually eliminated lost documents and outages, and helped reduce wait times at city offices by making records easier to find and access.
