Laclede Mutual Insurance, a small Missouri property and casualty insurer, needed a way to protect critical policy documents from disasters while reducing its reliance on paper. FileBound helped Laclede convert its vault of policy documents into electronic images stored in the FileBound Cloud, making records securely available to authorized users even if the office was inaccessible. Implemented with Select Imaging and integrated with policy management software, the solution streamlined operations, eliminated the need to manage backups and infrastructure, and saved Laclede from hiring additional IT staff while improving service continuity for more than 2,600 policyholders and 22 independent agents.
