A global quick‑serve restaurant chain partnered with Fiksu DSP to launch its branded mobile app and drive not just downloads but registrations and in‑restaurant offer redemptions. The challenge was to efficiently acquire large volumes of high‑quality users at scale in a crowded app marketplace and convert them into active, returning customers.

Fiksu executed a multi‑channel campaign — a launch surge of incent traffic plus RTB, AdColony, display, video and native ads, retargeting, mobile personas and dynamic lookalike audiences — with iterative creative testing and detailed analytics. The app rose to #1 in Food & Drink (and #11 overall) on day one; the campaign exceeded install goals by 150%, cut CPI to roughly half of other sources, delivered a 20% registration rate on iOS and 11% on Android, and produced strong organic lift and long‑term user engagement.
