ZiMAD’s Magic Jigsaw Puzzles is a long-running, cross-platform puzzle game monetized by in-app purchases and advertising. To keep the app profitable, ZiMAD faced the challenge of comparing performance across many channels (banner networks, Facebook, Google, etc.), tracking both LTV and retention as KPIs, and needing a partner to provide campaign-level insights, heavy data analysis, and responsive account management.

By partnering with Fiksu DSP and using data-driven optimization—regular creative refreshes, full user event data, Personas and lookalike targeting, plus close account-team collaboration—ZiMAD improved user quality and engagement. Fiksu-acquired users complete the tutorial at 71% versus 51%, purchase at 4.9% versus 2.1% (135% higher), and return at 84% versus 57%; fresh creative drove a 27% lift in impression-to-conversion and a 12% higher CTR, while persona/lookalike targeting outperformed other spend by 15%.
