Fiksu and AGS crack the challenging social casino app market

AGS maker of Lucky Play Casino faced a common problem in the social casino market: revenue is extremely concentrated in a tiny group of VIP players, so acquiring the right users at the right cost is critical. To solve that challenge the company partnered with Fiksu DSP to find profitable, high-value users across a crowded, competitive $4.4B category.

Using Fiksu Personas (including a custom Slots persona plus segments like Baby Boomer Females and Video Bingers), frequent creative refreshes, and programmatic publisher optimization, AGS drove better matches between ads and users. While CPMs rose (up to $13.01 for the custom Slots audience), conversion rates increased and CPIs fell (custom Slots CPI $6.82 vs. $9.33 with no audience), and AGS met or exceeded ROAS goals on day 3, 7, 14 and 30.
