A global e-commerce titan and Forbes World’s Most Valuable Brand partnered with Fiksu to find people likely to sell smartphones on mobile. The challenge was pinpointing where these sellers spend time and what behaviors signal they’re ready to part with a device, so the client could drive high-quality traffic and inventory acquisition.
Fiksu applied its proprietary audience data (covering ~90% of U.S. mobile users), geofencing (Apple and wireless stores), a homepage pixel and DMP imports, finely segmented Custom Personas (new vs. old phones, contract cycle) and aggressive retargeting. The campaign averaged 33M per Custom Persona and drove a 13% return-to-site rate within 24 hours, a 30.32% retargeted CTR, a 5.59% first-touch CTR, and Custom Personas delivered the strongest engagement (12.05% CTR).
