Labrie Enviroquip Group (LEG) is a Québec-based manufacturer of front, rear, and side loading waste disposal trucks with a 16-person maintenance team across two sites. Facing an aging Windows 2000 server and an outdated CMMS, IT manager Eric Banoub searched for a modern, appropriately sized solution and selected Fiix for its scalability and web/mobile approach.

Fiix was deployed as a hosted CMMS ($40/user/month) on Amazon EC2, eliminating server maintenance and reducing IT overhead. Implementation and asset entry were straightforward, the system expanded to the second site with minimal fuss, and strong technical support helped drive adoption. Fiix is now LEG’s primary maintenance tool—used for scheduled maintenance and service requests—with plans to add inventory and purchase-order modules.
