Luna Park, a modern amusement park at Coney Island with 19 major attractions, had been managing maintenance on paper since reopening in 2010. The manual system was time-consuming, made it hard to find past work or plan preventive maintenance, and clogged staff time — so in 2012 the park began searching for a cloud-based CMMS to improve efficiency and visibility.

They chose Fiix for its simplicity and quick setup: an intern configured the system and within three weeks the park was tracking maintenance for 18 rides and managing inventory for 350 parts.
