Geislinger, founded in 1958, is a global leader in high‑precision couplings and dampers whose products must operate reliably for decades in harsh, jarring environments. Geislinger implemented Fiix CMMS (upgrading from an on‑premises version to the cloud) to schedule preventive tasks, record corrective work, attach contractor service reports, and send automated reminders. The system’s mobile access and searchable history improved planning, communication, and troubleshooting, kept operators closer to machines through regular meetings, and made long‑term tracking far easier — with plans to expand the system to office maintenance.
