Case Study: Xfive achieves a streamlined website and faster designer–developer workflow with Figma

A Figma Case Study

Preview of the Xfive Case Study

Xfive - Customer Case Study

Xfive, a multi-office web development shop, faced an outdated homepage and scattered site content after a recent rebrand: confusing navigation, too many CTAs, and a swarm of landing pages to maintain. Because Xfive typically does not employ in‑house designers, content producer Lubos Kmetko adopted Figma — Figma’s cloud‑based design and prototyping platform — to lead a redesign and provide a single place for stakeholders to review comps.

Using Figma, Lubos rebuilt the Homepage, Customers, and Work sections, streamlined global navigation, and reduced CTAs and landing pages. Stakeholders across marketing, sales, editorial, and development reviewed and commented in the browser via Figma’s preview links and Comments tool, while developers used Figma’s Code Mode to inspect and export CSS and mobile code. Figma eliminated file‑handoff friction, kept feedback and versions in sync, removed guesswork for engineers, and helped the team deliver faster, more accurate implementation.
