To avoid slow file handoffs and fragmented feedback during rapid prototyping, Stitch Fix adopted Figma’s cloud‑based design platform so designers, engineers, marketers and PMs could collaborate in one shared file without installs or version chaos.
Figma’s browser‑based files, Multiplayer editing, commenting and shared components created a single source of truth that let people jump in via URL, give real‑time feedback, and update UI instances instantly. As a result, Stitch Fix has run more than half a dozen successful sprints with faster, higher‑fidelity prototypes, reduced busywork and smoother cross‑department handoffs—outcomes the team credits directly to Figma.
