Using Figma’s webhook, the team automated the process so saving a new file version automatically creates a pull request for design and engineering to review and commit, pushing designs live. The Figma-powered solution cut the workflow by about 70%, giving designers more time to create and engineers more time to develop, dramatically speeding design-to-production cycles.
