Case Study: Dribbble achieves live remote design collaboration and faster iteration with Figma

A Figma Case Study

Preview of the Dribbble Case Study

Dribbble scores with live design collaboration for its completely remote team

Dribbble, the design discovery and hiring platform, runs a fully remote product and design team spread across time zones and needed a way to recreate the in-room collaboration experience, gain visibility into each other’s work, and reduce the time lost to managing files and disparate feedback tools. To solve that challenge they adopted Figma’s cloud-based design platform and multiplayer editor to enable synchronous design work and easier file access.

By using Figma’s live multiplayer files, versioning and an API integration that lets designers send work directly from Figma to Dribbble, the team created a single source of truth, reduced project-management overhead, and tightened feedback loops. The impact was measurable: iterations that previously took days can now happen in minutes (one example reached a team-approved design in about 20 minutes), with faster handoffs, more transparent reviews, and greater design-pair efficiency using Figma.
