Etex, a Belgium-based global building materials manufacturer with €2.9B in annual revenue, sought a solution from vendor Fielo to gain better visibility into its network of contractor partners. The company also needed to train these contractors to improve product installation, thereby reducing a high volume of customer complaints and increasing customer success.

Fielo's solution used its e-Learning module and event calendars to incentivize consistent contractor training, combining both digital and on-site events. The vendor also provided greater partner visibility by incentivizing profile completion, conducting surveys, and analyzing sales data through its Invoice Upload feature. The initial project successfully engaged 40,000 participants across Chile and Colombia, with plans to expand the program to Brazil, Peru, and eventually worldwide.
