CEAT, one of India’s leading tire manufacturers, faced a challenge with an inefficient CRM process that was straining its dealer relationships. Its sales team was spending excessive time on manual tasks and dealer support, taking up to six months to onboard new partners. The Fielo solution was implemented to incentivize dealer participation in a new Salesforce portal. This streamlined processes, reducing warranty claim settlements from a manual process to just 15 minutes. The program successfully drove online adoption and provided valuable data.
