Webcor Builders is leading the $500 million Moscone Center expansion in San Francisco — a complex, active-site job spanning over 2 million square feet with 700,000 square feet of exhibit space — and needed tighter coordination and document control to manage work around occupied convention areas. Assistant Project Manager Matthew Watley tested and adopted Fieldwire by Hilti’s mobile plan-management platform to give crews and inspectors reliable on-site access to drawings and project data.

Fieldwire by Hilti implemented plan versioning, mobile/desktop access, task management and enhanced Box integration so teams could view current and prior sheets, add markups, photos, measurements and tasks directly to drawings. The solution helped Webcor Builders avoid rework, cut office administration time through automatic syncing of updated drawings, and materially improve field efficiency on the Moscone expansion.
