Rosace, a joint venture between NGE and Altitude Infrastructure, is delivering a massive fiber‑optic rollout across the Alsace region — roughly 700 municipalities, 13,000 km of cable and 370,000 outlets — and faced the challenge of coordinating plans, tasks, QA/QC and real‑time progress across 500+ workers and 80 companies. To manage this scale, Rosace adopted Fieldwire by Hilti, a construction field‑management platform and mobile app for plan viewing and jobsite coordination.

Fieldwire by Hilti gave Rosace on‑site plan access, task tracking, real‑time notifications, QA/QC checklists, photo/note documentation and detailed progress reports so the team can carry and mark up ~700 municipal plans, keep subcontractors on track, and monitor installation status in each municipality. The platform consolidated supervision at scale — enabling real‑time work status across the project, streamlined field‑office communication (Fieldwire saves about an hour per user per day) and improved reporting on the deployment of 13,000 km of cabling and related works.
