REA ensured effective and quality supervision on the Mula plant project by creating and tracking 15,000+ georeferenced tasks in Fieldwire

REA Group acted as engineering, quality-control and technical advisor on the Mula photovoltaic plant — a €300M, 493.74 MW project spread over more than 1,000 hectares — and needed a way to supervise works, manage georeferenced information and generate timely reports across 33 subplots. To address these challenges, REA Group deployed Fieldwire by Hilti for task management, georeferencing, photo/checklist capture, and real-time communication.

Fieldwire by Hilti enabled REA Group to create and track more than 15,000 georeferenced tasks, attach photos and checklists directly to plans, and produce reports far faster, while improving vertical communication with clients and subcontractors across the site. The result was faster project progress and higher-quality supervision with a small team, and REA Group plans to use Fieldwire by Hilti again on future plants.
