Morguard, a North American property management firm focused on residential and retail projects, needed a faster way to keep dozens of Texas developments on schedule and prevent overruns during final inspections. The solution eliminated slow, manual note conversion, allowed the team to manage roughly 700 notes on a single property, and delivered about a month’s worth of saved time—speeding inspections and enabling Morguard to expand Fieldwire use across more properties.
