TSI Corporations, a Washington, D.C.–area builder specializing in envelope glass systems, ornamental metals, and aluminum panels, was moving from analog workflows to a digital system while wrapping the 480,000+ sq ft 1900 Half Street mixed-use project in glass. To track progress, document material defects, and log noncompliance issues in real time, Senior Project Manager Russell Frazier adopted the Fieldwire by Hilti project management solution and purchased additional Fieldwire licenses for the jobsite.

Fieldwire by Hilti was used for site walkthroughs, task tracking, markups, and synchronization with Box and OneDrive, allowing TSI to document issues, send reports to suppliers, and streamline plant–office–field communication. The vendor’s tools delivered immediate efficiency gains—on the first day Frazier saved hours of work (one hour’s savings covered a month’s subscription)—and helped TSI accelerate punch processes, improve defect tracking, and better coordinate material delivery to the site.
