Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture, working on Construction Package 2-3 of California’s high-speed rail project, needed a better way to coordinate a large, complex civil infrastructure job across three field offices and 65 miles of work. After finding its previous project management software inadequate, the team turned to Fieldwire by Hilti to help manage communication, user access, tasks, and documentation for about 340 people on site.
