Holt lacked a consistent digital solution for supers and field crews, so the company adopted Fieldwire by Hilti to modernize workflows, centralize plans and forms, and support company-wide tech onboarding and training.

Fieldwire by Hilti provided the Fieldwire platform and vendor-led training that Holt integrated into its own learning system; Jessica leads onboarding for supers on daily reports, safety forms, photos, and mobile device use. As a result, Holt has seen strong adoption across offices—supers now routinely use iPhones/iPads and Fieldwire, “they all take and send pics” (previously hard-pressed to get photos), digital reporting is more consistent, and overall field efficiency and engagement have measurably improved.
