Built, one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing private construction groups, selected Fieldwire by Hilti’s construction management software for the 22,000 sq m Barrack Place development in Sydney. Confronted with more than 10,000 drawings, dispersed teams, limited site connectivity (including no mobile coverage in the basement) and time lost reprinting plans, Built needed mobile plan viewing, reliable offline access, and efficient task and issue coordination.

Fieldwire by Hilti delivered offline-capable mobile plan viewing, automatic syncing, sheet hyperlinks, and API integrations with Aconex and Dropbox, plus task-based defect tracking pinned to drawings. Built used these features to manage 10,000+ drawings, eliminate 15-minute reprint trips, speed up defect resolution with real-time alerts and remote inspections, and expand Fieldwire by Hilti across future projects—supporting Barrack Place’s high sustainability targets (6/6 Green Star) and measurable productivity gains.
