Baytna Baytak is a non-governmental organization that shifted from housing frontline medical staff during COVID-19 to restoring homes after the August 4, 2020 Beirut port explosion. Faced with urgent timelines, hundreds of damaged multi-family units, and fragmented communications and data across Excel, Google Drive, and Salesforce, Baytna Baytak needed a way to coordinate dozens of teams and contractors more efficiently. They adopted Fieldwire by Hilti’s jobsite management software to address these challenges.

Using Fieldwire by Hilti, Baytna Baytak centralized photos, measurements, BOQs, messages, and reports on a single, accessible platform, enabling real-time team communication and faster report generation. The solution helped the team complete over 1,000 homes (1,212 houses repaired), restore 68 businesses, and house 800 medical heroes; it also saved roughly 10–15 minutes per house in daily administration and about an hour per house on reporting.
