Kwik Kill Pest Control, a 44‑year‑old family business in Madison, WI led by operations manager Breanna Neerland, needed to modernize after using ServSuite since 2013. Neerland spearheaded a move to FieldRoutes to replace legacy systems, go fully mobile and paperless, and provide an all‑in‑one solution to support their 25‑person team (including 15 technicians) and streamline operations.

FieldRoutes delivered a modern platform and mobile app that Kwik Kill implemented by March 2023; technicians can attach photos to work orders, use the customer portal, and eliminate redundant steps, making field work smoother and more efficient. The FieldRoutes implementation—paired with a new phone system and automated marketing notifications—improved technician productivity, reduced redundancy, increased process efficiency and nearly doubled return rates on outreach compared with the prior postcard/manual calling approach.
