All U Need Pest Control, a Fort Myers, Florida–based company with 20 years in business, 8 offices and 54 technicians, set an aggressive growth goal to become the most innovative, technology-driven pest control provider they could be. After an initial software trial failed, they turned to FieldRoutes—deploying FieldRoutes Mobile on iPads and the FieldRoutes Operations Suite—to support both door-to-door sales and a rapid shift to inside sales during the COVID era.
FieldRoutes enabled mobile signing, lead progression, real-time reporting and Trigger Rules automation for appointment and collection reminders, giving All U Need the data and operational automation to run daily goals and scale staffing and fleet needs. The results have been dramatic: revenue grew from about $300K in 2017 to nearly $15M, over 7,000 five-star Google reviews, recognition on the Inc. 5000 and PCT Top 100, a 95% employee retention rate (90+ days), and expansion into multiple new markets including Houston.
