All Clear Pest Control, a small Queen Creek, Arizona company owned by Darren Hunsaker (one office, three technicians, one office staff), needed to move off legacy software and paper processes to free up time and professionalize operations. In 2016 they adopted the FieldRoutes Operations Suite (formerly PestRoutes) to modernize scheduling, billing and customer communications.

FieldRoutes’ Operations Suite automated customer profiles, subscriptions, appointment/payment reminders, a customer portal and AutoPay, removing manual data entry and cumbersome credit-card handling. The automation saved at least 10 hours per week, helped drive a 13.9% increase in customers and 17.6% revenue growth from 2019–2021, led to roughly 90% of customers paying via the website, and cut scorpion retreat calls from 84 to 49 by October 2022.
