Armed Force Pest Control, a California-based pest and weed control company serving multiple counties since 2002, had grown frustrated with a generic scheduling system that lacked industry-specific features and automation. Manual processes—about three to four hours a day on appointment reminders, no route optimization, and roughly six hours a day on collections—were restricting growth, so they evaluated and selected the FieldRoutes operations suite to modernize their operations.
