A FieldRoutes Case Study
RIDD Pest Control, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Lehi, UT, was rapidly scaling via a large door‑to‑door sales force but was hampered by manual back‑office workflows and growing operational complexity as it expanded into multiple states. Chief Administrative Officer Dan Farah re-evaluated their software stack and turned to FieldRoutes, leveraging its Trigger Rules automation and routing/scheduling capabilities to address inefficient reminders, collections, confirmations, and routing.
Using FieldRoutes Trigger Rules for batch charges, appointment reminders, AR actions and account workflows (including freezing accounts and sending to A.R.M. Solutions), plus FieldRoutes’ routing and scheduling tools, RIDD automated tasks done “hundreds and hundreds of times a day,” increased technician stops from about 10 to 14 per day, scaled from roughly 6,000 to 30,000 customers, and estimates the automation saves roughly $100,000 a year in labor. The company’s revenue rose to $25 million in 2024 (a 178% increase over two years), with FieldRoutes cited as a key enabler of that growth and operational efficiency.
