Zagol Milk, an Ethiopian dairy company, faced challenges in tracking sales and monitoring the quality of milk supplied by a large network of smallholder farmers. Their manual, paper-based processes led to poor decision-making data and an incomplete customer database. To address this, they turned to FieldPro for a digital solution.

FieldPro implemented its Sales solution to digitize both upstream and downstream operations. They created digital lists to track over 200 suppliers and 1200 retailers, implemented workflows to monitor milk quality at collection, and used GPS to track sales representatives. This provided Zagol with real-time data, leading to a 50% increase in sales per representative and giving management the insights needed to better structure their entire business.
