TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya, the leading lubricant supplier in the country, needed to gain a complete real-time overview of its sales force activities and performance across its extensive network. The challenge involved automating the mapping of the retail universe, tracking sales records, and monitoring the commandos' work to improve business intelligence. They partnered with the vendor FieldPro to address these needs.

FieldPro implemented its Mobile and Web App to digitize and automate the sales force's daily field activities. The solution provided real-time dashboards for monitoring performance and sales data. This partnership resulted in the registration of over 2000 clients, 40 million KES in sales, and 10.3 million liters of product sold, giving TotalEnergies invaluable remote market access and a 360-degree view of its field operations.
