Fan Milk, a major West African food and beverage producer, faced a significant challenge with managing its network of freelance street vendors. Their sales data was captured on paper, making it difficult to track inventory at the agent level, understand sales performance, and reduce high vendor churn rates. FieldPro provided its mobile Sales application to over 1,000 agents, enabling them to digitally register vendors, track inventory bookings, and log daily sales. This solution replaced inefficient paper logbooks and provided real-time visibility into the entire distribution chain.
