Del Don Farms, a grower of almonds, walnuts, and olives in California, needed better visibility into field operations across its 6,400 acres, especially because logistics are difficult and equipment is limited. The team also wanted faster awareness when machinery was down or missing, and better insight into the quality and efficiency of spray applications. Del Don Farms used Fieldin’s Smart Farm Control Center and Smart Spraying tools to monitor equipment and field activity in real time.

With Fieldin, Del Don Farms gained “eyes in the sky” to track machine locations, quickly recover a stolen tractor, and reduce downtime to just a couple of hours. Fieldin also helped the team review shifts play by play, identify inefficiencies like slow workers or long fill/break times, and improve spray quality by grading applications and spotting missed rows or double sprays. As a result, Del Don Farms was able to raise spray performance into the 80–90% range in blocks that had previously been in the 60s.
