FieldFLEX worked with Large Metro Train Network, which operates more than 200 stations and 500 passenger carriages, to address urgent maintenance issues that required immediate attention. The network needed a better way to quickly locate nearby available workers and assign qualified personnel to unpredictable field jobs.

FieldFLEX implemented its work management app with GPS-based location tracking and integration with IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA, allowing the network to assign work to the closest available and qualified worker. FieldFLEX helped emergency issues get resolved immediately, supported SLA targets, and created auditable work records with location and time data, while also enabling offline access and zero-data-loss syncing when connectivity returned.
