FieldFLEX worked with a k-12 school district that needed to quickly formalize its COVID-19 investigation and response process. The district was struggling with inconsistent practices across multiple teams, locations, and workgroups, along with limited visibility, weak enforcement of standards, and slow reporting on response times. FieldFLEX used its Maintenance Services and Inspection Services capabilities to help create a more organized workflow for investigations, follow-up tasks, and reporting.

FieldFLEX implemented a mobile solution with configurable inspection templates, assigned work tasks, and a centralized reporting portal so district managers could track COVID-19 remediation from report to resolution. The system also supported trace routing, contact tracing, ambient data collection, voice-to-text validation, geo-positioning, and route optimization. As a result, the district rolled out access to more than 20 team members in under 90 days and gained real-time visibility into its COVID-19 response and remediation activity.
