Kemco Facilities Services, a facilities maintenance company serving commercial buildings across the Southeast, wanted to scale its business but was held back by an outdated on-premise ESC system. The team needed FieldEdge’s service management software to provide real-time communication between the field and office, improve coordination with QuickBooks, and reduce invoices that were often 45–60 days past due.
FieldEdge implemented a cloud-based platform with automatic QuickBooks sync, allowing techs and office staff to stay aligned and complete work orders and invoicing in the field. The switch helped Kemco reduce time spent on accounting and invoicing, and 90% of invoices were paid before the 45-day mark.
