FieldConnect, Inc. implemented FieldAccess with Viewpoint Vista integration and offline mode, giving technicians immediate access to site history and eliminating re-entry. The deployment cut work-order entry time enough for technicians to complete 1–2 additional service calls per day, contributing to an approximately 17% increase in annual service revenue without adding headcount, halved invoice turnaround times (many invoices now processed in 24 hours or less), and improved customer satisfaction.
