Fudura, a Dutch energy infrastructure company, sought a future-oriented service management solution to increase productivity and provide accurate real-time data for its measurement technicians and office staff. FieldBuddy implemented its cloud-based service management solution, built on Salesforce, which included a mobile app with a measurement code form and real-time scheduling. This provided Fudura with control and accurate standard times for jobs. As a result, measurement technicians became significantly more efficient, with one reporting an increase from 3 to 4 jobs per day, and the same amount of work is now completed with fewer people.
