LN Curtis, an Oakland-based maker of firefighting, law enforcement and first-responder equipment, operates a large mobile service business across the U.S. and overseas. Growth was constrained by manual invoicing and paperwork, poor visibility into quoting and billing, and difficulty managing and dispatching field technicians—so the company sought field service software with inventory, scheduling, mobile requests and NetSuite integration.
