Sea Tow, the boat towing and marine assistance franchisor, needed a better way to manage operations across 100 franchise locations and a highly distributed field workforce. Manual, paper-based processes were causing data inaccuracies, dispatch delays, limited transparency for customers, and difficulty assigning jobs in real time. To address these challenges, Sea Tow turned to Field Squared and its Field Service Automation Platform.

Field Squared implemented a unified mobile workforce app with scheduling and dispatching, mobile smart forms, team location tracking, and integrations to third-party systems. The result was consistent data across all franchisees, more than 95% of paperwork eliminated, and real-time visibility into end-to-end service operations. Sea Tow also shortened dispatch times, improved ETA communication, and was able to act on business data much faster, helping support new marketing, upsell, and partnership opportunities.
