The customer, Wienerberger, a major global producer of bricks and tiles, faced a significant administrative challenge due to the manual, paper-heavy processing of employee expense reports for its 1500+ staff. The solution from vendor Fidoo digitalized the entire expense and travel requisition process, eliminating the need for physical paperwork. This automation provided substantial cost savings on administrative expenses and greatly increased processing speed. A key result was the successful automatic transfer of data between Fidoo and SAP, which removed the need for laborious manual data entry and allowed for seamless remote work.
